The list, rules, and result are your responsibility
Pikyo performs a random process inside the boundaries you give it. You remain responsible for the source list, eligibility, duplicate rules, interpretation, and any decision that follows.
Do not use the tools to make medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other high-stakes decisions where the available outcomes do not have comparable consequences.
Giveaways and regulated gambling
Pikyo is not a certified lottery service, audited randomness system, or gambling platform. If you run a public giveaway or contest, check the laws and platform rules that apply before you begin.
Service availability
We aim to keep Pikyo fast and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every defect will be caught before it reaches a user. Tools may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security.
Intellectual property and external links
Pikyo design, software, and original content belong to Technway or the relevant rights holders. Pages may link to sites Technway does not operate, and those sites have their own terms and policies.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Technway is not responsible for losses caused by relying on a Pikyo result or by service unavailability. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
