What stays inside Pikyo tools
Names, lists, wheel options, questions, teams, pairs, and generated results are processed in your browser. Pikyo does not need to send that information to Technway for a selection to work.
You do not need an account to use the tools. Pikyo does not cloud-sync your lists or results.
What may be saved locally
If you save a list or preference, Pikyo uses browser local storage. This can include language, theme, privacy choices, some tool settings, and lists you explicitly choose to keep.
That information remains in the browser profile. On a shared device or shared browser profile, another person may be able to see it. You can remove it through Pikyo privacy controls or your browser site-data settings.
Contact messages
The contact form is different from a local selection tool. When you submit it, your name, email address, contact reason, and message leave your device so Technway can read and respond to the request.
We do not add your message text or email address to product analytics. Send only what is needed to explain the request and do not include passwords, health data, financial details, or other unnecessary confidential information.
Technical logs
The hosting platform may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, request time, page address, browser type, and error details. This is used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and investigate failures.
Font files are requested from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive standard request information such as IP address and browser headers.
Optional analytics
Where analytics require consent, they stay off until you agree. Pikyo may record broad events such as the tool used, language, theme, a broad entry-count range, and whether a result was copied.
Actual values, names, lists, teams, pairs, contact messages, and email addresses are not sent to product analytics.
Advertising
Pikyo does not currently display advertising or load Google AdSense code. If that changes, this policy will be updated with the relevant vendors, purposes, and consent choices before any advertising system that requires them is enabled.
Service providers and international transfers
Information that actually leaves the device may pass through hosting, email, security, and optional analytics providers. Those services may operate in different countries. We aim to limit transmitted data to what the service needs.
How long information is kept
Locally saved lists remain until you delete them or clear site data. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the request, and meet reasonable obligations. Logs and analytics follow the retention settings of the services in use.
